These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TruDomicil LLC's services, including notary services, administrative support, virtual address and mail handling, concierge services, document delivery, and related offerings ("Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the TruDomicil website (trudomicil.com), booking any service, or engaging with our mobile/field services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

All services are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws. We act strictly within our authorized scope as a notary public, I-9 authorized representative, and USPS Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA).

I-9 Verification (TruVerify℠): We act solely as an authorized representative. The employer remains fully responsible for compliance with Form I-9 requirements under the Immigration and Nationality Act. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee immigration outcomes.
Notary Services: We perform notary acts in strict compliance with Texas law. We are not responsible for the content or legal effect of any document notarized.
Virtual Mailbox (TruAddress℠): We operate as a USPS-approved CMRA. We do not open, read, or alter mail. You are responsible for all compliance obligations related to your use of the address.
LLC Formation & Registered Agent: We assist with filing but do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your entity complies with all applicable laws.

Document pickup, delivery, and field services are performed by authorized TruDomicil personnel and, when necessary, trusted delivery partners.

The role is limited to verifying signer identity and performing the notary act. We do not draft, review, or provide legal advice regarding documents.

Formation does not guarantee compliance with ongoing legal, tax, or regulatory requirements. TruDomicil LLC ("TruDomicil," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality bilingual business and document infrastructure services. Because many of our services are regulated, time-sensitive, or involve immediate professional work, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.
By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.
All sales are final unless an exception applies under this policy. The company does not offer refunds for services already performed, work that has begun, or completed appointments.
The following services cannot be refunded once performed, begun, or completed:
Appointment Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund (minus payment processing fees) or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows remain non-refundable. If work has already begun on your service request, the service becomes non-refundable even if not yet completed.
This covers TruAddress℠ virtual mailbox, Registered Agent services, TruVerify℠ subscriptions, TruAssist℠ retainers, and similar recurring plans.
You may cancel subscriptions anytime through your account or by contacting the company. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months. Prepaid annual subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases of material breach by TruDomicil.
