• Mobile and in-person I-9 verification (TruVerify℠)
• Virtual mailbox and mail handling (TruAddress℠)
• Notary public services, mobile signing, and apostille assistance (TruNotary℠)
• LLC formation and registered agent services (TruConcierge℠)
• Document translation, ITIN assistance, and related compliance support

5. Fees, Payments, and Subscriptions

• Recurring subscriptions (MRR) are billed automatically and subject to the pricing and escalation terms in your service agreement.
• Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card or banking information.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

6. Service-Specific Disclaimers and Limitations

I-9 Verification (TruVerify℠): We act solely as an authorized representative. The employer remains fully responsible for compliance with Form I-9 requirements under the Immigration and Nationality Act. We do not provide legal advice or guarantee immigration outcomes.

Notary Services: We perform notary acts in strict compliance with Texas law. We are not responsible for the content or legal effect of any document notarized.

Virtual Mailbox (TruAddress℠): We operate as a USPS-approved CMRA. We do not open, read, or alter mail. You are responsible for all compliance obligations related to your use of the address.

LLC Formation & Registered Agent: We assist with filing but do not provide legal advice. You are responsible for ensuring your entity complies with all applicable laws.

We do not provide legal, tax, or immigration advice. All services are provided "as is."

Document pickup, delivery, and field services are performed by authorized TruDomicil personnel and, when necessary, trusted delivery partners.

7. Intellectual Property

TruDomicil LLC ("TruDomicil," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to delivering high-quality bilingual business and document infrastructure services. Because many of our services are regulated, time-sensitive, or involve immediate professional work, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

By booking or using our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

All sales are final unless an exception applies under this policy. The company does not offer refunds for services already performed, work that has begun, or completed appointments.

2. One-Time and Transactional Services

The following services cannot be refunded once performed, begun, or completed:

• Mobile notary public and signing agent services (TruNotary℠)
• I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification (TruVerify℠)
• Apostille assistance and document legalization support
• Secure document pickup, delivery, and field services by authorized personnel
• LLC formation assistance, filing support, and registered agent setup (TruConcierge℠)
• ITIN assistance and Certified Acceptance Agent services
• Passport photos, fingerprinting, and identity services
• Administrative and support services (TruAssist℠)

Appointment Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund (minus payment processing fees) or free rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows remain non-refundable. If work has already begun on your service request, the service becomes non-refundable even if not yet completed.

3. Recurring Subscription Services (MRR)

This covers TruAddress℠ virtual mailbox, Registered Agent services, TruVerify℠ subscriptions, TruAssist℠ retainers, and similar recurring plans.

You may cancel subscriptions anytime through your account or by contacting the company. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months. Prepaid annual subscriptions are non-refundable, except in cases of material breach by TruDomicil.

4. Non-Refundable Items

These remain non-refundable under all circumstances:

• Government filing fees or third-party costs paid on your behalf
• Third-party processing fees
• Virtual mailbox setup, activation, and CMRA processing (TruAddress℠)
• Any completed notary, I-9, or identity verification work
• Services where work has already been performed

5. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

At company discretion, refunds or credits may be issued when:

• A technical error or service failure was clearly caused by TruDomicil
• A service was not rendered as described
• Verified extenuating circumstances exist (reviewed case-by-case)

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date or billing date.
