FAQ

What we do, what we don't, and how it works.

Straight answers on scope, coverage, credentials, and pricing — plus exactly what's included and what isn't for each service line.

General

Where does TruDomicil operate?

In-person services are available across Collin, Denton, Tarrant, and Dallas Counties, with same-day availability within 30 miles of Frisco. Remote services — Remote Online Notary, I-9, E-Verify, and ITIN support — are available nationwide. Bilingual support across every engagement.

Do you offer service in Spanish?

Yes. Every TruDomicil service is bilingual (English–Spanish) by default — including document review, signer communication, and constituent-facing support.

How does pricing work?

Every service is priced transparently and itemized, so you see the full cost before you book. Government pass-through fees (SOS, FBI, DOJ, etc.) are disclosed in full at booking and never marked up. Volume discounts and subscriptions are available for recurring and multi-property clients.

How do I get started?

Book a discovery call or submit a request. We start with a short conversation about what you need, then send a plain-language scope and quote. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

What credentials does TruDomicil hold?

NNA-certified, bonded, and insured notary (RON & IPEN authorized); IRS/USCIS Certifying Acceptance Agent; I-9 Authorized Representative and E-Verify Employer Agent; IdentoGO & Fieldprint fingerprinting partner; Texas Adjuster licensure (in progress); and Texas CMBL & SAM.gov registered for government procurement.

Are you a law firm? Do you give legal, tax, or immigration advice?

No. TruDomicil provides administrative services only — not legal, tax, or immigration advice, and not licensed inspections, investigations, or process service. Where professional counsel is required, we maintain a referral network of licensed attorneys and CPAs we can recommend.

TruNotary℠ — How do RON and IPEN pricing and online limits work?

Remote Online Notary (RON) is priced under the Tex. Gov't Code §406.024 maximum. In-Person Electronic Notary (IPEN) has the signer physically present, so no online surcharge applies — it's priced the same as an in-person visit. Note that Texas law does not permit wills, codicils, or testamentary trusts to be notarized online; those must be signed in person.
