Yes. Every TruDomicil service is bilingual (English–Spanish) by default — including document review, signer communication, and constituent-facing support.
Every service is priced transparently and itemized, so you see the full cost before you book. Government pass-through fees (SOS, FBI, DOJ, etc.) are disclosed in full at booking and never marked up. Volume discounts and subscriptions are available for recurring and multi-property clients.
Book a discovery call or submit a request. We start with a short conversation about what you need, then send a plain-language scope and quote. Nothing is scheduled until you approve it.

No. TruDomicil provides administrative services only — not legal, tax, or immigration advice, and not licensed inspections, investigations, or process service. Where professional counsel is required, we maintain a referral network of licensed attorneys and CPAs we can recommend.
Service scope — what's included and what isn't
Remote Online Notary (RON) is priced under the Tex. Gov't Code §406.024 maximum. In-Person Electronic Notary (IPEN) has the signer physically present, so no online surcharge applies — it's priced the same as an in-person visit. Note that Texas law does not permit wills, codicils, or testamentary trusts to be notarized online; those must be signed in person.
Check deposit requires a completed customer authorization form and a designated bank branch on file, and your approval is required before every deposit run. Our team physically delivers checks to your branch for in-person deposit — TruDomicil never has electronic access to your account, and no remote deposit is performed under any circumstance.
Book a 15-minute discovery call and we'll tell you honestly which services fit your situation — in English or Spanish.
